Aden China has taken a significant step in its sustainability journey by finalizing four key policies: Environmental, Labor & Human Rights, Business Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. These policies are tailored to align with global standards and drive responsible business practices across our operations.
Each policy has been designed in line with Aden’s strategic priorities and operational realities, with clear and measurable actions:
- Environment policy: reduce energy consumption by 42% by 2030 (baseline 2021) and achieve carbon neutrality in direct operations by 2050.
- Labor & human rights policy: increase internal promotion among management roles to 70% by 2028, while strengthening protections on health, safety, and non-discrimination.
- Business ethics policy: expand awareness and training on anti-corruption policies to achieve full employee coverage by 2028.
- Sustainable pocurement policy: increase green procurement by 30% by 2030, with all core suppliers required to obtain ISO14001 certification.
