Aden Services is pleased to announce that it has secured a new contract with LEGOLAND® to provide FM services for the upcoming LEGOLAND® Shanghai Resort—a large-scale flagship entertainment development located in the suburban Jinshan District.
This contract marks Aden Group’s first collaboration with Merlin Entertainments Group, the global operator of LEGOLAND® Resorts, and represents a strategic entry into the large-scale leisure and entertainment sector.
Scheduled for a grand opening this summer on 5 July 2025, LEGOLAND® Shanghai Resort will span more than 318,000 square meters, making it one of the largest LEGOLAND® parks worldwide. The resort will feature 8 themed zones and a 250-room LEGO-themed hotel, positioning it as a premier destination for families and international tourists.
Under the agreement, Aden will provide a full suite of cleaning services across the resort, covering theme park attractions, hospitality areas, and the hotel’s kitchen facilities. During peak operating periods, Aden’s on-site team is expected to scale up to 250 personnel, underscoring both the scope and complexity of the engagement.
Aligned with Aden’s commitment to digital innovation, the company also plans to explore the integration of its proprietary Akila data platform to enhance operational efficiency and drive data-led maintenance and energy performance strategies throughout the site.
