Project Manager (PMO) - Akila, Remote, USA

Mission

Akila is looking for a Project Manager for the deployment of Akila solution in the US as we rapidly scale there. You will work in a multidisciplinary team and an international environment, handling customer relationships for as long as the client uses the platform. You will lead a cross functional project team, from kick-off to end of roll-out, working closely with our US partner ecosystem including during the commercial process. Candidate will have great communication and relationship management skills; demonstrate rigor to drive projects to meet all the project requirements (client satisfaction, planification, quality of the delivery, budget). Must be comfortable in a startup environment where speed, hard work and fresh thinking are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the customer relationship from project kick-off and for as long as the client uses the platform
- Communicate proactively with the client on its satisfaction, identify new requirements and opportunities or dissatisfaction and churn risk.
- Drive deployment projects from project kick-off till the “go live” with a high level of rigor and professionalism.
- Support the customer in its operational objectives definition and coordinate the cross-functional team to achieve it.
- Ensure client satisfaction as a top priority.
- Deliver best quality deliverables on-time within the budget.
- Document the project internally.
- Define the project KPI’s and measure the project performance.
-Support our partner’s ecosystem locally including as a solution expert during the commercial phase.

Key Skills

- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Good verbal and written English proficiency.

Our team is involved in a wide variety of technologies, like digital twin, 3D engine development and cross platform development. This role will be critical for Akila’s development, as it represents both Mobile and Web platform. Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where speed, hard work and fresh thinking are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI system of digital twin platform, including systematic model design, training and optimization.
- Work closely with our team of Product Managers, Developers and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into detailed product plans and oversee the entire software development process.

Mission

Akila is looking for an Technical Sales Manager to work with ambition, creativity, and a passion for building our Akila platform to transform and implement sustainability into facility management. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where speed, hard work, and fresh thinking are critical to success

Key Responsibilities

- Identify Opportunities. Identify and optimize opportunities for business growth and development within the relevant business lines to offer the new solution to existing and new clients and promote expansion of the business.
- Provide technical pre-sale support & conduct pre-sales presentations and product demonstration if applicable, in support of Sales’ needs and requests.
- Request for Proposal (RFP) support: Evaluate criteria, coordinate support for entire response process, create deliverable metrics, identify timelines, and coordinate resources. Ensure client needs are met by proposal content; contribute to proposal writing as needed.
- Proposal delivery: QC, edit, and submit proposals as needed by sales, track status and send regular updates to team. Preparation of technical sales materials including collateral, quotation, timeline, project plan and solution proposals.
