Aden Energies is proud to announce the launch of a groundbreaking solar energy project with Goodyear at its Kunshan manufacturing plant. Construction has officially begun on a 12MW rooftop solar system — a milestone development covering 170,000 square meters that signals a major step forward in industrial decarbonization.
This project goes beyond energy generation. It’s a bold statement that sustainability and operational resilience are not just compatible — they’re inseparable.
Delivering Impact at Scale
This solar initiative is designed to generate lasting environmental and operational benefits:
• 11,569 tons of CO₂ reduced annually — equivalent to powering over 2,300 homes with clean energy
• 164 tons of NOx emissions eliminated — contributing to cleaner, healthier air
• 3,732 tons of coal displaced — directly supporting China’s 2030 Dual Carbon Goals
Built to FM Global’s rigorous resilience standards, the system is engineered to endure extreme weather while maintaining uninterrupted operations — an essential factor for manufacturers navigating the energy transition.
“This isn’t just solar power — it’s industrial transformation engineered for resilience. ” Leo Liang, Vice President of Aden Energies, commented, “We are proud to be supporting Goodyear in its energy transition and decarbonization goals.”
This collaboration also reinforces Goodyear’s commitment to sourcing 100% renewable electricity by 2030 and sets a replicable blueprint for sustainable industrial operations. By aligning business performance with environmental responsibility, Aden Energies and Goodyear are demonstrating that clean energy solutions are not only possible — they’re scalable.
At Aden Energies, we believe that partnerships like this are key to accelerating the energy transition, driving meaningful change across industries, one project at a time.
