Recently, Aden Services has entered into a partnership with Jaguar Land Rover China to take over integrated facility management operations across six office locations in Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou. The project covers approximately 18,000 square meters of office space, reinforcing Aden’s growing track record in facility services for the premium automotive manufacturing sector.
Cross-regional coordination, unified standards
With facilities spanning three major Chinese cities, maintaining consistent operational workflows and service quality across all sites is a top priority. Leveraging its nationwide service network and centralized group-level coordination, Aden has established an integrated management framework covering all six offices. Local on-site teams are now fully deployed, delivering services that include engineering maintenance, daily cleaning, landscaping and pest control, drinking water quality management, and other administrative support — all executed under uniform standards.
Digital systems integration for greater visibility
In response to the client’s focus on digitalized maintenance operations and performance transparency, Aden has rolled out the Akila smart facility management platform across all sites. The system supports online work order creation and automated dispatch, with real-time tracking available at every step. It also generates periodic reports covering operational data and key performance indicators, giving the client convenient access to site-level performance metrics and supporting more informed management decisions.
Stable team structure for service continuity
To ensure long-term service quality across this multi-site project, Aden has put in place a clearly defined on-site management structure and staffing plan, with well-established responsibilities and a stable team composition. All on-site staff completed standardized training prior to deployment. Going forward, internal performance reviews and daily incentive mechanisms will continue to reinforce proactive service mindsets and execution capabilities, ensuring consistently high service standards over time.
