Collaborations

Aden has successfully completed the grid connection of the Phase II distributed photovoltaic (PV) project at the ENERGEE Plant (former Yoening Yancheng Plant), developed in partnership with ENERGEE. The milestone marks a further step forward in the two companies’ collaboration on clean energy applications and the development of low-carbon manufacturing facilities.

Continued collaboration toward low-carbon manufacturing

ENERGEE, a new energy battery company under Geely Holding Group, is committed to advancing green manufacturing and low-carbon transformation across its production operations. As one of its key manufacturing sites, the ENERGEE Plant serves as an important platform for implementing sustainable energy solutions in practice.

In March 2025, Aden and ENERGEE formally signed a renewable energy cooperation agreement and initiated the development of a distributed PV project at the site. Following the successful delivery of the rooftop PV system in Phase I, the completion of Phase II represents another concrete step in the ongoing and long-term collaboration between the two parties toward shared decarbonization goals.

Expanding renewable energy applications through PV carport solutions

Building on the rooftop PV installation in Phase I, the Phase II project further expands the application scenarios of renewable energy by adopting an integrated PV carport and EV charging solution. By making efficient use of the plant’s parking areas, the project combines on-site clean power generation with charging demand, enhancing overall renewable energy utilization within the facility.

In this project, Aden is responsible for investment, construction, and long-term operation and management, ensuring system safety, stability, and sustained performance. The solution increases the proportion of renewable energy consumption at the site while offering a practical and replicable reference for diversified clean energy applications in industrial parks.

Grid connection achieved, supporting the zero-carbon roadmap

The project has now been successfully connected to the grid and has entered the operational phase. Once fully operational, it is expected to contribute to energy efficiency improvement, carbon emission reduction, and energy structure optimization, supporting ENERGEE in steadily advancing its zero-carbon factory objectives.

The successful grid connection of the Phase II project also lays a solid foundation for deeper cooperation between Aden and ENERGEE in clean energy, energy management, and broader sustainability initiatives. Looking ahead, Aden will continue to deliver practical, diversified clean energy solutions tailored to client needs, working with partners to accelerate green transition across industries.
