Aden Group has reached a significant new milestone in its mission to lead the green transformation of industrial infrastructure. On April 13, during the 27th IE expo China, the “Sustainable Development and Net-Zero Partners Working Committee” was officially inaugurated by the China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations (CICPMC).
NXpark, Aden Group’s flagship platform for industrial infrastructure, was invited as a Co-founding Member and received the inaugural founding certificate. NXpark joins an elite cohort of global leaders, including Veolia, AB InBev China, TotalEnergies, Airbus China, and Michelin, to spearhead the development of net-zero standards and pilot projects.
Global connectivity via a national-level platform
The Committee operates under the CICPMC, a prestigious national organization established in 1993 with approval from the State Council. Holding a Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council, the CICPMC serves over 3,700 multinational corporations.
Launched at the dawn of China’s “15th Five-Year Plan,” the Committee arrives amidst a surge in policies targeting net-zero industrial parks and green manufacturing. It serves as a high-level hub for policy discussion and international resource matching, helping member enterprises leverage policy advantages while reducing compliance costs.
Aden in action: from net-zero design to full lifecycle asset operations
NXpark’s competitive edge lies in its ability to go beyond mere planning; it provides a fully validated, end-to-end journey from design and construction to digitalized operations. Its role as a co-founder recognizes NXpark’s proven success in decarbonizing industrial assets:
- Jining Aden Smart Industrial Park: Strategically aligned with the EV supply chain (anchored by CATL), this park creates a seamless “precision manufacturing and processing” micro-loop, powered by a rooftop solar foundation.
- Xi’an High-End Auto parts Industrial Base: This facility holds a rare triple certification LEED Gold, French HQE, and China Green Building 2-Star). It is also the world’s first industrial project to have its carbon neutrality guaranteed by ESG insurance, reducing the carbon footprint per unit by 35% to 40% compared to traditional plants.
Defining the future: a new standard for net-zero parks
As a founding member, NXpark will integrate its validated operational models with the Committee’s global network to:
- Standardize the Industry: Lead the drafting of collective standards for net-zero industrial parks.
- Accelerate Pilot Projects: Engage directly with local governments and Economic Development Zones in key regions like Beijing, Tianjin, and Guangdong.
- International Alignment: Bridge local efforts with international frameworks such as the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and Circular Economy Action Plans, providing clients with globally competitive, integrated solutions.
At the intersection of policy opportunity and technical innovation, NXpark will continue to transform the net-zero blueprint into high-value, operational assets. Together with our partners, we are defining a greener future for high-quality industrial development.
