NXpark, the industrial infrastructure development platform of Aden Group, has reached a new milestone in its strategic partnership with Schneider Electric. Following the successful delivery and operation of the Schneider Electric Green Smart Industrial Park in Wuxi, the two companies are joining forces once again to advance industrial park development in China.

The two parties recently signed an agreement for the Aden Guangzhou Green Intelligent Industrial Park Project in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou. This new collaboration marks an expansion of their partnership from the Yangtze River Delta to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, extending their cooperation across new regions and industrial applications.

Representatives from both organizations attended the signing ceremony, including Jiang Zhe, President of NXpark and CEO of Aden Energies, and Wei Sizhe, Senior Vice President of Schneider Electric China, Head of Energy Management Low Voltage Business, and Chairman of Schneider Electric Guangzhou.

A new green and intelligent industrial hub in Guangzhou

Located in the core area of Zengcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, the project covers approximately 119 mu of planned land, with Phase I occupying roughly 76 mu.

NXpark will lead the project’s end-to-end investment and development, delivering a customized facility tailored to Schneider Electric’s long-term business requirements. The future campus will focus on technologies including low- and medium-voltage power distribution, industrial automation, green energy, digital twins, and AI. It is designed to serve as a modern integrated base combining R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service capabilities, further strengthening Schneider Electric’s presence in Southern China.

Zengcheng benefits from a strong advanced manufacturing ecosystem, with growing clusters in semiconductors, high-end equipment, and new energy vehicles. Together with the industrial advantages of the Greater Bay Area, the project will support greater collaboration across supply chains while creating an environment conducive to innovation and growth for companies in advanced manufacturing sectors.  

Building on success: from Wuxi to Guangzhou

The partnership between NXpark and Schneider Electric began in 2023, when NXpark delivered the Schneider Electric Green Smart Industrial Park in Wuxi under a customized turnkey development model. The project represented an investment of approximately RMB 758 million and serves as Schneider Electric’s only electronics manufacturing center in China, as well as its fifth-largest R&D hub globally. It is also a flagship project within the China-France (Wuxi) Industrial Cooperation Park.  

At the Wuxi campus, the integration of the Akila AI digital twin platform and Physical AI operational capabilities has enabled end-to-end digital management across design, construction, and operations. The project established a smart operations framework covering the entire asset lifecycle, delivering greater visibility and control over assets, energy, and carbon data while supporting predictive maintenance and ESG performance improvement.

The Wuxi experience demonstrated that leading manufacturers are seeking more than production space alone. Increasingly, they require integrated capabilities spanning energy management, digital operations, asset performance, and sustainability. To address these evolving needs, NXpark has developed a comprehensive solution that combines industrial infrastructure development, smart operations, and industrial services, continuously refining its approach through real-world implementation.
