Across our global footprint—from our core markets in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia to remote sites in Mongolia, West Africa, and beyond—Aden employees engaged in over 250,000 hours of training, both online and offline. This marks our largest training effort to date, equipping our teams with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in a fast-changing world.

Focusing on Critical Areas
Our training agenda in 2024 focused on critical areas such as sustainability, digital transformation, AI, leadership, and operational excellence. Here are some of the standout programs from the past year:
- ESG moment workshops: 6 focused sessions in China engaged 16,000 employees, covering key topics such as climate, food, energy, occupational health & safety (OHS), waste management, and corporate social responsibility.
- TAM training: 5 targeted training sessions covering 100% of Operations and Sales staff in China, supporting business growth and digital transformation.
- Tutor program: Strengthening our knowledge-sharing culture with 13 training sessions, resulting in 203 newly certified tutors.
- AI training series: Preparing for the future with 3 dedicated AI training sessions, introducing 209 employees to cutting-edge digital tools.
- EHS & Quality training: Elevating safety and quality awareness with 17 targeted sessions, training 754 employees in China.
