On August 6, Wuxi Party Secretary and Mayor led a delegation of major officials from local districts, municipal departments, and state-owned enterprises to inspect key project developments across the city. The itinerary included an on-site visit to the Industrial Park customized by NXpark for Schneider Electric.

Zhe Jiang, President of NXpark and CEO of Aden Energies, accompanied the delegation and presented an overview of the park’s construction, operational phase, digital management system, and asset securitization progress.

Situated in the core zone of the Sino-French (Wuxi) Industrial Cooperation Park, the site operates under the guidance of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Consulate General of France in Shanghai. Officially accredited by the CCIFC (Sino-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry), it stands as China’s first demonstration zone for Sino-French cooperation. NXpark managed the entire investment and development lifecycle, applying end-to-end digital management from design and construction through to ongoing operations.

With a total investment of $150 million (approx. 758 million RMB) and a floor area of 68,000 square meters, the Schneider Electric facility integrates R&D, manufacturing, and logistics. Once fully operational, its annual capacity will reach 2.6 million digital energy units, 520,000 building automation systems, and 13.9 million printed circuit boards. It serves as Schneider Electric’s sole electronics manufacturing hub in China and its fifth-largest global R&D center.

Operational excellence is driven by the Akila digital twin platform, which consolidates energy, asset, and carbon data to facilitate predictive maintenance and energy optimization.

As a designated demonstration base for physical AI and robotics in Wuxi, the park delivers a fully integrated ecosystem. By pairing Akila’s digital twin “smart brain” with industrial robotic execution terminals, the site covers predictive equipment maintenance, automated inspections, smart security, and autonomous cleaning—creating a full-stack physical AI operational framework that operates on a “Perceive – Understand – Act” loop. This end-to-end intelligent architecture integrates seamlessly with production lines, adapts to various industrial applications like 3C electronics and new energy equipment, and serves as a scalable benchmark for Wuxi’s smart manufacturing transformation.

Located in the Xinwu area of the Wuxi National Hi-Tech District (CND), the park is surrounded by an established cluster of European and American industrial enterprises, supported by mature supply chains in new energy, automotive components, and precision electronics. The park actively contributes to the city’s broader deployment of physical AI and robotics, fostering strong synergies with local industrial projects.

As Aden Group’s dedicated platform for green, high-tech industrial park development and operations, NXpark provides tailored facilities, R&D spaces, distributed green energy infrastructure, and turn-key facility management. Moving forward, the park will continue enhancing high-standard physical infrastructure and expanding AI-driven smart operations into additional scenarios.

Looking ahead, Aden Group and NXpark will leverage the Sino-French Cooperation Demonstration Platform to align closely with the upgrading demands of Wuxi Hi-Tech District’s manufacturing sector. The platform will steadily advance facility expansion and investment recruitment, empowering high-quality regional industrial development through digital and green energy solutions.
